CAS 4 Kids Challenge

It’s Saturday and time for another fun challenge here at Send a Smile 4 Kids! This time our challenge is CAS 4 Kids! Create and link any Clean and Simple card for a child, and you could win one of our great prizes.

We chose this Clean and Simple theme to remind you that kids don’t need layers and layers or tons of embellishments on their cards to love them. But we also mean to point out that they deserve love and attention, so when making cards for our kids in the 15 hospitals we serve, please don’t smoke while making them, and do send in cards you would be proud to share with someone you love.

(July and August challenges will be on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays because of the holiday weekend. We will be back to our usual 1st and 3rd Saturdays in September.)

We have three very generous sponsors for this challenge: Bugaboo is giving their winner 7 digis of their choice!  Lacy Sunshine is giving their randomly picked winner 3 digis!  And Kitchen Sink Stamp’s winner gets a $25 gift certificate! TEAM S.A.S will also be choosing their favorite cards for our top three and the winners will receive a blog badge and an opportunity to be a guest design team member on a future challenge.

We are happy to have a previous top three winner join us today as a guest dt member. Lillian Abrams shared these fun CAS cards with us using our sponsor’s images:

Now for some more great inspiration, here are the cards created by TEAM S.A.S. for this challenge using our generous sponsors’ images. To visit any of their blogs or to go to our sponsor’s websites, just click on any of the names or the pictures at the side of our blog.

Wonderful cards for kids as always from our awesome design team!  You have until Friday August 21st at noon CST to enter this challenge. After you do, please consider sending in your card(s) to cheer a child who is inpatient in one of our fifteen children’s hospitals. All the information you need is under the tabs at the top of the blog.

**We have decided to continue a new tradition here at Send a Smile 4 Kids challenge. We all love comments and followers on our blogs, right? So we are suggesting- but not requiring- that all participants in our challenges pick 2-3 (or more) other participants in the challenge, click on their card, visit their blog, leave a positive comment about the card and become a follower of that blog. In your comment, leave a link to your card and blog and hopefully the blogger you visited will come to your blog and become a follower too. **

Stamping smiles 4 our kids, Karen

  3. Aww...these are great! I like that about half use patterned paper as white space and the others focus on the stamped image.
